1. DELIVERY POLICY
Please note that SANA JARDIN does not ship to military addresses. Orders up to $39 can be shipped to PO boxes.
Delivery costs are the following:
• Free Mainland UK Delivery with orders from £95 and over. £3 for shipments in mainland UK for orders under £20,
• Free for all non-mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands for orders from £95 and over. £15 for shipments in non-mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands for orders over £180
• Free European Delivery with orders from £95 and over, excluding Lichtenstein, Norway and Switzerland. For orders below £95 please see table below.

When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification and order processing. Once the order is processed and ready for dispatch, we will send you the Confirmation of Order by email. You will be sent a tracking number and the name of the carrier delivering your order so that you can track delivery status. We will use reasonable efforts to ensure the following estimated delivery lead times from the date of acceptance of your order:
• Mainland UK: 24 hours or 48 hours according to the postal authorities indicative delivery times.
• Non-mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands: between 2 to 5 days according to the postal authorities or courier indicative delivery times.
• European Union: between 2 to 6 opening days according to the postal authorities or courier indicative delivery times.
• Rest of the world: delivery times vary according to each destination; they will be indicated for a particular country upon simple request.
* Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays in the UK will not be considered as a regular business day with respect to estimated delivery time. Delivery on Saturday may however be proposed as a service to specific post codes by the Customer Service Centre. Please contact the Customer Service Centre for more information.
SANA JARDIN insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature by a person who has reached the age of majority to confirm your acceptance of each Product delivered, at which point risk and responsibility for your purchased Products pass to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you understand and accept that evidence of a signature by such recipient (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment of the sale contract by SANA JARDIN and transfer of risk and responsibility to the recipient in the same way as if the Product had been delivered to you.
2. YOUR CANCELLATION RIGHTS AND RETURN POLICY
As a consumer you have a legal right to cancel a Contract (under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000) during the period set out below in clause 15.1. If you change your mind or for any other reason you decide that you do not want to keep a Product during the period set out below in clause 15.1, you can notify us of your decision to cancel the Contract and receive a refund (in accordance with clause 15.4. Advice about your legal right to cancel the Contract is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office. This cancellation right does not apply in the case of any custom-made products or products which are personalised. Details of your legal right to cancel and an explanation of how to exercise may be also provided in the Confirmation of Order.
2.1. Return Period
The Customer is entitled to cancel the contract and unequivocally inform SANA JARDIN that she or he does not wish to keep a Product purchased on the Website or through the Customer Service Centre within fourteen (14) days as from the day the product is delivered, in accordance with applicable law and the terms and conditions set forth below. No returns will be accepted by SANA JARDIN after the Return Period.
2.2. Return Process
Products that have been purchased on the Website or through the Customer Service Centre may be returned to the SANA JARDIN Returns Department at the following address:

and cannot be returned to a SANA JARDIN store-in-store or an authorized SANA JARDIN dealer. Products that were not purchased on the Website or through the Customer Service Centre may NOT be returned to the SANA JARDIN Returns Department.
Moreover any opened product will not be reimbursed. Removal of the product’s cellophane wrapping will constitute the product having been opened.
SANA JARDIN is not responsible for the cost of returning the Product. You must take reasonable care to ensure that the Product is correctly addressed, adequately packaged, bears adequate postage and reaches SANA JARDIN safely and is not damaged or lost in transit. SANA JARDIN also recommends that you insure the Product against such risks of damage or loss up to the full price of the Product.
The Customer shall send back the Product to the SANA JARDIN Returns Department without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which he or she unequivocally informed SANA JARDIN that he or she does not want to keep the Product. Any failure to do so may delay any reimbursement that the Customer may be entitled to receive.
Any failure to return the original SANA JARDIN Box or special packaging in proper condition will entitle SANA JARDIN to withhold the corresponding value from such reimbursement.
We recommend the Customers to keep a proof of return shipment and SANA JARDIN accepts no liability in the event that such proof cannot be produced. Only merchandise received by the SANA JARDIN Returns Department will be eligible for a refund.
Upon receiving a return, SANA JARDIN will verify that the returned Product satisfies the conditions of the return policy and would then proceed with its reimbursement.
2.3. Returning a Product following Cancellation
The Products shall be returned in an unused state and in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them subject to quality inspection and functional testing as defined below. You must take reasonable care of the Product when examining it. With regard to any deterioration of the Product, compensation is only due if the deterioration is caused by a use beyond the ordinary quality inspection and functional testing of the Product. "Quality inspection and functional testing" is understood to mean the testing of the Product as one would usually do in a retail outlet. Any failure to return the original SANA JARDIN Box or special packaging in proper condition will entitle SANA JARDIN to withhold the corresponding value from such refund.
As to perfumes, the product must not be open and must be returned in its original packaging. If the cellophane wrapping has been removed, the item will not be accepted for return or exchange.
All returns will be subject to strict Quality Control (QC) by SANA JARDIN to ensure that the returned Product satisfies these requirements. If the Product does not meet QC standards, SANA JARDIN may claim damages from the Customer.
Customer shall be responsible for any loss of value of the Product due to manipulation thereof contrary to the principles of civil law, such as good faith or unjust enrichment. Accordingly, if the product is damaged or destroyed, SANA JARDIN will deduct the cost of repair or replacement of the refund amount.
If the returned product meets the quality control, SANA JARDIN will proceed with refund or apply for an exchange.
Should a Product be returned to the SANA JARDIN Returns Department, only a Customer will be entitled to receive a refund. In no event will a Gift Recipient be entitled to receive a refund. Initial delivery charges will be refunded to the Customer. The purchase price of the Product and the costs of its delivery to you will be refunded to Customer’s payment card no later than thirty (30) days of the day on which you communicated your decision to cancel the contract and return the Product to SANA JARDIN.
Customer may be permitted to exchange a Product purchased on the Website or through the Customer Service Centre for another Product if the Product to be exchanged satisfies the conditions of the return policy. SANA JARDIN will send an invoice to the Customer which specifies the value of the returned Product, the price of the Product for which the original Product has been exchanged and the difference to be paid by Customer or the amount that the Customer is entitled to receive, as indicated below. Should a Product be returned for exchange to the SANA JARDIN Returns Department by the Customer, the original order will be cancelled and the Customer will be entitled to receive a refund of the price difference if the Product to be exchanged is more expensive than the desired Product or will be charged the price difference if the Product to be exchanged is less expensive than the desired Product. A new order will be placed in accordance with these Conditions of Sale with respect to the exchanged Product.
Delivery costs and lead times indicated in article 13 will be applied for this new delivery.
2.6. Legal warranty against hidden defects; Non-conforming Product
2.6.1 SANA JARDIN is extremely cautious in ensuring that each Product strictly complies with our quality criteria and that it has passed all our controls, both technical and aesthetic.
If nevertheless you or the Gift Recipient receive a Product which seems defective or are not as described on the Website (“Non-conforming Product”), you or the Gift Recipient may return it to SANA JARDIN as per the return process outlined above. Upon receipt, SANA JARDIN may classify the Product as a defective Product. Please note that Products that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be defective.
Returning a presupposed defective Product can only be done in a 6 months period as from the date of delivery.
Beyond this 6 months period you will have to evidence that the Product was defective at the date it was delivered.
If SANA JARDIN concludes that the Product is a Non-conforming Product, you or the Gift Recipient, as applicable, may require SANA JARDIN to: (i) Replace it with an identical Product, subject to availability; (ii) Repair the Product (if such repair is commercially reasonable); or (iii) Refund the full price of the Product to the Customer (not to the Gift Recipient).
For perfumes if a product is defective or has been damaged during delivery, the client must ensure that the bottle is still hermetically sealed and that the pump has NOT been initiated (if this is not the case, contact the Customer Service Department).
SANA JARDIN may also (but is not obliged to) offer to exchange the Non-conforming Product for another Product of equivalent value or of greater value (in the latter case, subject to the payment by the Customer of the price difference). Such exchange shall be made in accordance with the exchange rules of these Conditions of Sale.
If you or the Gift Recipient do not agree with SANA JARDIN’s conclusion as to whether the Product is a defective Product, SANA JARDIN may (but is not obliged to) carry out further independent testing and inspection. You or the Gift Recipient will be charged for this inspection if the inspector concludes that the Product was not defective. This, however, does not affect your statutory rights.
