We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-4 business days, although there may be delays during busy periods. Estimated delivery times should be used as a guide only.

UNITED STATES

    • Free standard shipping on orders over $50
    • Standard shipping on orders between $22.51-$50: $8
    • Standard shipping on orders below $22.51: $15

      Estimated delivery times from the day of dispatch:
    • East Coast: 2-4 business days
    • Midwest & Southwest: 3-6 business days
    • West Cost: 5-7 business days
    • Alaska & Hawaii: 8-12 business days


CANADA

    • Free standard shipping on orders over $50
    • Standard shipping on orders between $22.51-$50: $16
    • Standard shipping on orders below $22.51: $22

Estimated delivery times from the day of dispatch: 8-15 business days. Sana Jardin is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Orders to Canada are subject to duties and local tax on delivery.

RETURNS

If you decide to return a product, please return it by post within 14 days of receiving it. No returns will be accepted after this period.

Due to sanitary reasons, the returned product must be unused and un-tampered and in its original packaging to receive a refund. Your order must be securely packed in its original box and packaging to be eligible for return.

Please note that we do not currently offer free returns. The cost of the return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Please include a note with your order number and contact information when returning a product.

For international returns including Canada, please ensure parcels are marked as ‘Returned Goods’ in order to avoid customs charges and VAT when goods are returned. Please note that the customer is responsible for any customs charges or import VAT incurred when returning item. If goods are held by customs due to shipment errors, it will not be possible for us to process a refund.
